Wow! India would like to Gratiskan a mobile phone for the poor Citizens


Illustration (cellphonebeat)New Delhi -India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reportedly plans to provide mobile phone and menggratiskannya for 6 million families who belong to the poor category.

This plan covers not only distributing mobile phones free of charge, but also provides services to local calling minutes 200 without paying.

Singh himself did not announce these plans officially. But some local media estimated the announcement immediately presented to the public on August 15, 2012.

Reported by the Times of India and cited detikINET, Tuesday (13/8/2012), about 30 percent of India's population is under the poverty line and have no means of communication.

As for the funding for this plan, 50 percent comes from the company that supports the service mobile Government. Plan to share this phone was originally conceived by the United Progressive Alliance (UPA), the majority of the political parties that led the Government of India.
